From Glynn County Police:
MAN ACCUSED OF EXPOSING HIMSELF AND HARASSING WOMEN ARRESTED
On 11/19/19, The Glynn County Police Department was provided information on the whereabouts of James Dylan Wiggins by an anonymous source. Going by his online alias “JD Wiggins” on FaceBook, Wiggins called random women in the local area using FaceBook Messenger video to harass and expose himself performing lewd acts on camera. When blocked, he would often resort to a separate account to continue the harassment.
After the Glynn County Police were notified about his location at the Sea Breeze Motel at 2697 Glynn Ave, the Brunswick Police Department were made aware of the situation. Brunswick Police Officers rapidly responded to the scene and located Wiggins. Thanks to the exceptional cooperation of the Brunswick Police Department, Wiggins was taken into custody with a K-9 present. Further details of the case are still under investigation.
